ANOTHER BURGLARY.
SHOP ENTERED AT WHAKATANE. [Pbb P«ES9 AIBOOIATJON.] WHAKATANE, June 24. A burglary was imported to the "Whakataue police by Mr H. Sheneken, proprietor of a fruii and confectionery. shop on the Strand, Whakatane. He states that the 6hop was entered, probably about 9 p.m. and approximately £2O in silver was taken from the till. The door was not locked, but a board •was placed under the lock/ diagonally to the floor, to secure the door. The police have the matter in hand.
