In KanaTr v- Kanarr, a motion by Ur Alpers to make a decree nisi absolute, was granted. Mr Hunter moved for a summons tor jecurity of wife’s costs in Massey y. Massey, and an order was made against respondent to find or •security to that value. A motion by Mr Nicholls for leave to sell in Stoba v. Manchester was v. Macdonald (Mr Oowliehaw), a motion to dispense with service on Lucy Macdonald, the mortgagor, was granted, also motion for leave to sell. -mi „ 1 In Wood and others v. Wood and others (Mr Beswick and Mr Harper), an originating summons, an order was made that the grandchildren alive at )he death of Mr Wood are the gram * ihildren entitled to take under the will, costs of all parties as between solicitor and client, to be taxed by ltegistrar and paid out of estate. In Enderby and others (Mr Beswick) r. Simes (Mr Raymond), summons for jecurity for costs, an order was made to find security to the amount of £7o, costs of the summons, £2 23, to be costs in the cause. In Macfarlane (Mr Thomas) v. Trustees, Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand, Ltd., motion for directions as to service, an order was made for service to be effected by serving trustees and all beneficiaries personally, except in the case of Miss Mavis Macfarlane, who shall be served by serving papers on tbo guardian ad litem. _ In M’Neill (Mr Upham) r.
