The Oak of Sydenham Lodge, No. 10, T7.A.0.D., and officers and brethren n{ 2 district held a social ga.horing in the Friendly Societies’ Hall, Hazeideac Road, lon Saturday evening. A.D. Brother Under- ! wood pres.ded. During the evening Grand I Pres. Brother Talbot presented P.D.P. BroI thei V. Phiipott with a P.D.P. collar. ! Speeches were given bv members of the van* ous lodges congratu ating Bro.her Phiipott on ihe work he had done during his term °t } office. P.D.P. Brother Phiipott suitably re- : sponded, and thanked tho officers and brethren lor the presentation.
