ANOTHER OUTBREAK. SERIOUS SITUATION. By Telegraph—Pres* Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cabio Association. CAIRO, April 14. Intimidation, with a tendency to fanaticism, continues in Egypt. Arrangements aro being made to bring somo women and children from tho danger zones to England. Mobile columns are moving iu the Delta. The centre of tho sedition is the Elalaid Moslem University, in Cairo. The Egyptian police arc thus far unaffected, but seditious articles in the native Press are having an effect. RELEASE OF POPULAR EGYPTIANS. TROUBLE IN CAIRO. . (Received April 17, 12.6 a.m.) CAIRO, April 12. General Allenby’s announcement of the release of Said Pasha and other deported notabilities who had been in terned at Malta, led to enthusiastic demonstrations in Cairo and Alexandria, recalling Mafekmg night in London. All classes of Egyptians paraded tne streets singing and dancing, and shouting “Vive lAngleterro” and “Vive Allenby.”
An unfortunate incident occurred in Opera Squaro at Cairo, where the mob came into collision with British soldiers and there were several casualties, including two soldiers wounded.
