(Received April 4, 8.40 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, April 2The German Commission inquiring into the treatment of prisoners reports that Captain Fryatt’s execution was no violation of international law, but regrets that the sentence was carried out within a few hours after pronouncement- The Commission is handing over the documents in tho case to the British and Dutch representatives.
