DUTCH REVOLUTION. SOCIALIST PLANS. Reutor's Telegrams. AMSTERDAM, November 14. The Dutch Socialist leader, Troelstra, stated that the Socialist Conference will meet on Saturday_ to constitute the revolutionary authority and discuss the formation of Soviets throughout tho country and a supreme Soviet. If decided on, the latter would immediately assume supreme authority in Holland. He condemned Russian Bolshevism. Tbs Dutch Socialists would act calmly but drastically. The realisation of social progress was rendered necessary by the downfall of militarism. COMMITTEE'S MANIFESTO. AMSTERDAM, November 14. The Dutch National Revolutionary Committee has issued a manifesto, demanding the abolition of Royalty and the denunciation of State debts.
