STREET FIGHTS.
DISTURBANCES IN AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Pregs Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, November 15. During peace celebrations at Broken Hill disturbances occurred between returned soldiors and members of the Labour Volunteer Army. There were many street fights and several arrests were made. (Received November 16, 12.25 a.m.) During the peace celebrations the crowd took charge of a picture show at Adelaide and threatened to smash the nlace if the show proceeded. P ADELAIDE, November 15. The tram service was suspended owing to the men refusing to work on public holidays to celebrate peace. There were many free hghts. Tram windows were smashed and signal boxes damaged.
