. The conference between, the Tramway Union and the Tramway Board which was to liayo been held yesterday has been postponed until to-morrow. Tho First CSsmterbury Military Service Board had arranged, a West Coast programme beginning to-day, but the news of the signing • of the armistice led to the cancelling of these arrangements.
