DOMINION REPRESENTATION. [Prom Oca Correspondent.] . WELLINGTON, November 1. About a fortnight ago the possibility of another voyago to London for th-> New Zealand representatives in connection with the Peace Conference was mentioned to -Mr Massey. He said that New Zealand would be represented but the stage had not then been reached. The Imperial authorities had not then raised the question. Recent events have much changed the situation since Mr Massey tpoke.
