BURNSIDE. [Per Press Association.] DUNEDIN, August 28. Fat Cattle, —212 were yarded, a larger proportion than usual of well finished prime cattle, but tho trade was over-supplied, and prices declined about £l, nevertheless a good sale look place. Extra prime bullocks £23 2s 6d to £27 10s, prime £l9 2« Gd to £22 17s 6d, medium £l6 10s to £lB 10s, light £l4 to tlfi 10*. -xtra prime heavy heifers £lB 5s to

£2O 12s 6d, prime £IG to £l7 12s 6d medium £l3 10s to £ls, light and aged £lO 10s upwards.

Sheep.—l92s wero penned, including sev- v eral pens of extra heavy. Prices were quite on a par with last week’s rates. Extra pvnno wethers 63s fid to 58s 3d, prime 46s Gd to 51s 6d, medium 1o good 393 to 455, light and unfinished 32s Gd to 37s 6d, extra primo heavy .ewes 48s to 525, prime 40s to 465, medium to good 35s to 395, others 28s upwards.

Lambs. —Tho few pens offered sold under keen competition at 26s 3d to 295. Pigs.—A medium yarding met a keen demand. Prices wero on a par with last week’s rates-
