NEW YORK, August 27. The Spanish Cabinet is considering the inauguration of an aerial postal and passenger service between Spam and the United States. A large shipping company is prepared to finance the project, which provides for the manufacture of airships capable of carrying forty passengers, and of making the Journey in two and a half days, the passengers to be charged 400 dollars to- the trip.
