The "Cologne Gazette'' states that an association of South Sea firms at Hamburg sent a memorandum to the Reichstag emphasising tho necessity of getting back the South Sea colonies, pointing out their great value; for productivity, and their great strategic value, and the favourable situation offerred for the establishment of wireless stations.
