SATURDAY'S GAMES. Tho competitions arranged by the City and Suburban Association wero advaaeed a further stage on Saturday. Druids batted first against Woolston and made 153 (Woods 48, Spicer 25 not out, Langford 15, Rix 16, R. Woods 12). Woolston scored 46 for three, wickets (Sa-mmi 2G, Laweon 15). Bates (six wickets for 67) bowled well for Woolston. Green's batted first against Railway, and made 277 (C. Hayses 66, E. Gasson 61, L. Haynes 28, G. Roberteoa 18, P. Ryde 58, C. Gasson 14). Smith and Brosnahftn shared the boiling l for Railway. SECOND GRADE. Ward's, playing against Oddfellows, made 201 for seven wickets and declared (Smyth© 150, Hood 13, Hatchings 11). Druids A defeated Boys' Gordon Hall by 72 runs on the first innings. Boys' Gordon Hall made 59 (Harrison 2C, Cummins 12). Druids A scored 131 (Andrews 21, Grose 21, Teague 24, Hay 15, Stobbart 15). Andrews (five for 15) and Teague (four for 20) bowled well for Druids, and Harrison and Cummins tor Boys' Gordon Hall.

The postponed match between the Addington and St Albans Schools was played on Thursday, and resulted in a win for the former team by 57 runs. Addington made 77 (Hearfield 31, O'Neil 25). St Albans scored 20. Brosnan and Norrie bowled best for St Albans, and Horo and Hearfield for Addington.
