The ‘•'Sun” newspaper says:—With the loss of the Cumberland *und Port Kembla, evidence has accumulated that Germany, with secret agents, is carrying out plots for the destruction of ships in this and other parts of the globe. The directors of tho “ Sun ” therefore offer £IOOO reward for the detection of such conspiracy in the Commonwealth and tho conviction of the chief criminals.
