SUMMONSES ISSUED. V: UNION OFFICIALS CHARGED. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 22. In connection with the coastal steam* ship trouble, Mr W. T. Young, general secretary, and Mr F. Howell, assistant secretary of the Seamen’s Union, were to-day served with summonses^ charging them separately, under the War Regr . lations. with having incited a seditious strike.
