A boy nearing his sixteenth birthday was charged yesterday at the Juvenile Court, before Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., with being out of the control of his parents. Senior Sergeant Wohlmann said that the boy's parents lived ,afc Waimato. They declared they had no control over the accused, who had been. wandering about Christchurch for the last three weeks. It would be in the boy's interests to commit him to can Industrial Home. The Magistrate adopted that course.
