THE City Council of Wellington is desirous of obtaining EXPERT ADVICE concerning Hie Supply and Distribution of Mills throughout the City as a Municipal Undertaking, and invites APPLICATIONS from persons fully experienced in Iho milk industry and thoroughly qualified to report upon the question. Applicants are required to state their J age, qualifications and experience, as bearing upon their competency to advise, and to furnish references in support thereof; to state the fee for which they will be prepared l to report upon the most suitable method of dealing municipally with the milk supply and its distribution in Wellington; to adviso generally upon sites for buildings; to t'ivo sufficient information to enable the buildings to bo designed and equipped with all necessary machinery, etc., with such detail as will permit of the work being nut in h<tnd at tho earliest opportunity; to advise as to the goneral organisation and staff required in connection with the whole pystcm: and also 4o furnish particulars regarding tho capita) outlay, mc'.uding detailed estimates of tho cost of buildings, machinery, plant, etc., and the apr proximate annual cost of and returns from the undertaking Applicants will also state whether, in the event of their report, being endorsed by the City Council, they will be prepared to accept tho position of Manager at a salary to bo agreed upon.
