ANNUAL MEETING.
- The annuali meeting of the Children’s Convalescent Cottage at Now Brighton, Incorporated, was. held at St. Luke’s Mission Robm on Monday. Mrs Julius presided. The reports were, approved. The honorary secretary reported that- .104 wa-s the -average number of children per week for the year. - , It was decided to install oloctrio light at the Cottage Hopie. and to enlarge the washhouse, which would then include an ironingroom: ■ - ‘ I< ' . 1
. The outgoing committee was re-elected ns follows: President. Mrs Julius; vice-presi-dents, Mesdamc-s Bailey, IV. J: MoOre and C. Bowen; admitting committee, Mesdamcs Blackburne, Lane and Garbett-i honorary secret-ary and treasurer. Miss A. M. Ollivier. The following donations are acknowledged with thanks:—Mrs Julius £X Is. Mrs W. J. Moore £l, Mr J. J. Thomson £l, Mrs Pairman, Mrs Garbett and Miss Ross caches.
