At the Magistrate's Court yesterday the case of Thomas Jacques Cuthbert Wilkins was called on a charge that, being required by Section 43 of the Military Service Act to give notice of a change of abode, he had failed to do so. As there was no appearance of the defendant and ,no proof of service, the case was adjourned.
