The Governmont will formally hand over war material to tho Allies. It has declared that national sentiment is opposed to disarmament. LONDON, November 23. Reuter's Athens correspondent states that "Admiral de Fournot's demand for the surrendering of war material in•chided eighteen batteries of field artillery, sixteen batteries of mountain artillery, forty thousand Mannlicher rifles and 140 machine guns. The Admiral contended that this would equalise the war material handed over to the Bulgars and Germans. Tho Government replied that the Entente had already taken 191 modern guns, while tho guns given to the Bulgars and Germans wore obsolete. It further contends that acquiescence in the demand would constitute a hostile act towards the Central Powers and would, besides, prevent Greece defending herself. DEPARTING MINISTERS. More than twenty persons, compromised through espionage, left with the enemy Ministers, including Schenk's principal agent, Herr Caro, director of the German school. GERMANY PROTESTS. A Berlin official message says that Germany has protested in the sharpest manner to Greece and to all neutrals to Franco and to England against, the deportation of Ministers from Athens.
