Since the introduction of rations for all important foodstuffs, announcements of provisions, in which great shops like Wertheim and Tiete 'establishments used to specialise, have practically disappeared, but otherwise the advertising sections of popular mediums are filled with much the same sort of matter one finds in London papers at this season.
