A Russian communique states: —Wo drove the enemy from the trenches he occupied east of tho village of Lipitzadihiia, on the Narajowka River. REPRISALS. RUSSIAN OFFICERS ILLTREATED. Reuter'a Telegrams. PETROGRAD, November 16. Owing to' the severe treatment of Russian officer prisoners in Germany, the War Minister has instructed every district military authority in Russia to immediately treat all German officer prisoners as common war prisoners, also forbidding them postal communication. The officers will tie told that this reprisal will only be revokable on official information from Germany that Russian officers will bo properly treated.
