A (progress report was made concerning the recent concert irj aid of the. Miss Duncan, and her. staff had the children- well drilled in their different parts, and their display was very effective, whilst Mr Wilkinsons lecture and views of Wanganui River and thermal Rotorua were interesting_and instructive. , The. fortnightly progressive euchre match of the Papanui Social Club was Aeld'in ihß Social Room on Thursday night.
