LIEUTENANT H. S. RICHARDS WOUNDED.
Mr S. H. Richards, of Christchurch, has received a cable message -from England stating that his son. Lieutenant 3 H. S. Richards, of the 12th Battalion Essex Infantry Regiment, who went to the front on July 12, wa6 wounded in France, and is now in EngLieutcnant Richards was the Rhodes scholar for New Zealand last year, and left Christchurch- some mouths ago for Oxt'ord.
