In accordance with a request from the Domains Board, it was decided vo postpone all matches on Saturday, December 2. the ,iata of the Rose Fete in aid of the Soldiers' Department of th« Citizens' Defence Corps It was resolved to recommend to the New Zealand Council that the council should this year forgo Us subscriptions from affiliated associations. It was decided to call a general meeting of delegates and to recommend to the meoiing that the competitions should be held on the same lne« a'» last year.
