PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN. MR ROOSEVELT ATTACKS MR WILSON. Router's Telegrams. WASHINGTON, October 1. Tlio Presidential campaign is heated. Mr Roosevelt assailed President Wilson, declaring that, ho had sacrificed the national honour. The European and Mexican policies were cowardly, following the lines of least resistance, in the hope of political profit. Mr Roosevelt added: "I havo been asked what I would havo done if I had been President when the Lusitariia was torpedoed. I would instantly have taken nossession of the German ships interact! in the- United States and would thou have said: ' Now we win discuss not what we will give, but what we will givo back.' "
