CHRISTCHURCH. Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., presided at tho Magistrate’s Court yesterday. On charges of drunkenness, Rate Dooley and Elizabeth Brocks, second offenders, wore each fined 10s, the lastnamed being prohibited at her own request. Tone, £4 6s Gd; Strange and Co. v. Pearce Rogers, £lO 7s sd; same v. Henry Charles Young, £l9 Is lid; Bishop and Co. v. C. W. Ogden, £2 10s 4d; Motor Sales, Ltd. v. R. H. Martin, £4 3s 3d. KAIAPOI. * Mr T. A. B. Bailey, S.M., presided at the Magistrate’s Court yesterday. For failing to attend a military camp, C. J.’.Stopo was fined £5 and costs and L- M’Hugh 40s and costs-.
