Tho United Press Berlin correspondent states that tho stormiest session of tho Reichstag since the beginning of tho war is foreshadowed by members arriving for to-morrow’s opening of tho session. Dr Coerting, tho industrial leader from Hanover, will move a vote of no-confidenco in I>r tor BethmannHollweg. Tho absence of tho Socialist leader, Dr Licbknocht, recently arrested and sent to prison, will not dbntribute to calming tho session. Dr voti Bethmann-Hollweg will address tho Reichstag at 3 p.m., on the voting of war credits, and tho main features of the policy towards England. 1 Theso will be the chief topics for tho three weeks of tho session. The Conservatives profess to bo highly pleased with the results of the recent Zeppelin raids, and intend to demand a more severe anti-British campaign.
SOCIALISTS JOIN CHANCELLOR. BERIME, September 27. A Berlin message states that an eleventh-hour bargain has been struck between Dr von Bethmann-Hollweg and •the Socialists, who will jointly oppose tho Junkers and Tirpitz party.
