RETURNED SOLDIERS.
PLATFORM OF THE ASSOCIATION. [Pkk Phesr Association’.] WELLINGTON. September 27, Tho New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association, which is non-political and non-sectarian, announces that its platform is;— 1. Efficient and successful prosecution of tho war. 2. The interests of the men now at the front, who are finable to give expression to their wants,, hut whose wants we as returned soldiers are able to appreciate. ... 3 Tho welfare of returned soldiers, both now and after the war, and especially adequate provision for . permanently disabled men. 4. Tho problem of settling returned soldiers back in employment and developing among them a corporate sense of civic responsibility, the fostering of returned soldiers’ clubs on lines which will achieve this object. 5. Uniformity of control and efficient administration" of funds for returned Soldiers.
