Moderate to strong easterly and northerly winds have ruled, with a falling barometer everywhere. Present conditions arc for strong and vartshlo winds, easterlies prevailing, and increasing in force. Conditions are somewhat threatening hnd unsettled. Cloudy and misty weather is to be expected, with heavy lain in most parts of ihe Dominion. Barometer fall further everywhere.
