SUPREME COURT.

IN CHAM3ERS. A sitting of the Supreme Court in chambers was held yesterday, - bis Honor Mr Justice Deuuiston, presiding. Probate was granted of tho wills of the following deceased persons Frederick Beker (Mr Hannan), Thomas Harrison (Mr Acland), William George Hill (Mr Mills) and Eveline Willet Cunnington (Mr Harman). Letters of ’ administration wore granted in the estate of Annie Gray fiMr Hoban). In re Robert Heaton Rhodes (Mr Wright), an application for executors’ commissioners to report granted. An order was made confirming the registrar’s report in tho application of William Callan (Mr Nicliolfs). In the ease of William Woods, jnn., 'v Lazarus Wolf Balkind, an order was made prohibiting sale of stock. The usual order was made as to damages.
