SHIPMENT EMBARGOES. By Telegraph—Tree* Afeoeiation—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. NEW YORK, August 30. The Pennsylvania Railway announces that because of the impending strike, combustibles of any manner or form will not be carried after Thursday. Live stock and all perishable goods will not be carried after Friday. All other goods will not he carried after Saturday. Other leading, railroads announce similar shipment embargoes.
