Society:—Twentyfour flannol vests. 16 suits of pyjamas, XO white shirts, 2 nightshirts, 10 bedjackets, 13 pair underpants. 12 body belts, 3 pair shorts, 10 scarves, 4 slings. 4 treasure bags, 12 limb pillow-cases, 4 white pillow-cases, 83 pair socks, 2 bed socks, 58 knitted washerb, 12 towel washers, 2 balaclavas, 19 handkerchiefs 2 white towels, 174 8 matule.il bandages, 24 triangular bandages, 30 diet cloths, 132 bags of swabs, 3 pair mittens and 2 doctors’ coats.

TTOOLSTON. At a meeting of tho Woolston Red Cross branch, held on Monday, on offer was received from the local Kechabite Lodge offering the total receipts of its anniversary social and dance; to be held at the cud of August. The Tramway Troupe wrote, offering, to give a concert at tho end 1 of Sept ember. Both offers w6ro acoopted with thanks. Wood (Tilford Street) 20s. SUMNER BANDAGING COMMITTEE. The secretary of tha Sumner Rod Crossi Bandage Committee reports having forwarded the following to tho Christchurch Centre—UK) triangular bandages, 80 facecloths, 10 veils, 20 bottle covers, 30 operation cloths. 6 bundles of old linen, 5 limb cushions, 600 cotton wool swabs, 30 manitail bandages, 10 binders, 100 three-inch, bandages, 64 fourinch bandages, 54 two-inch bandages, t!'i three-inch flannelette bandages, 21 four-inch flanneletto bandages. Gifts- have been received from Mrs Thornley, Mrs Black, Dickenson. Thorpe, Miss Benson; facecloths from Mrs Wtenn, and boxes from Mrs Peel.
