MONTENEGRO SUFFERS, AUSTRIAN METHODS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Aasooiation. LONDON, August 16. In tho House of Commons Lord RoK ert Cecil said that the Government had been informed that Field-Marshal von Weber, the Governor of Montenegro, had issued a proclamation that unless M. Vieshovitch, the Montenegrin ex-War Minister, returned and surrendered, hia father and brother would be hanged. An official newspaper had since annemneed that the brother was hanged, but tho father was reprieved.
GREEKS IN ASIA MINOR.
COMPLAINTS OF PERSECUTION. ATHENS, August 16. M. Zaimis, the Premier, has protested to the Turkish Ambassador regarding the persecution of Greeks in Asia Minor.
