Th« National Dairy Association decided to-day to form a> company for the manufacture of rennet in New Zealand, the capital to bo £20,000 in £3 shares, to be taken up by factories in the proportion of one share to two tons of cheese produced. The following motion was carried unanimously:—"That this meeting deems the giving of personal guarantees to the bank by directors of the association a vicious principle, that it be a recommendation from the meeting that the executive circularise factories not to sign promissory notes and urge them to discharge their obligations to the association in tho matter."
