Mr Justice Harvey, in delivering judgment on the question as to whether Ghidley, the author of (lie book “The Answer,” was sane or otherwise. declared that Chidloy presented a typical case of paranoia. His socalled thesis was an unalterable obsession of the mind, opposed to universal experience, and his so-called mission to the world was a chronic and systematised insane delusion. The application for release was rofused, and Chidiey will be returned to an asylum.
