At a meeting of the United Pigeon Fanciers’ Olub held at the rooms on Friday evening there was a large attendance of members and the president (Mr A. Smith), was in the chair. The chairman reported on tho business done at the half-yearly meeting of the South Island Association, and ho was accorded a vote of thanks. Tho executive reported having, decided to hold a club show of Wo vising Homers early in August, and Messrs Gapes, Jones, F. Kingsford, A. Fraser and B. Johnson were appointed to make arrangements for the club’s invitation show of members’ exhibits on July 29. The president congratulated members on their success at the recent Christchurch Poultry Show, and thanked those who had assisted with the arrangementa,
