KAISER FEARS A REVOLUTION

A traveller from Berlin says that he saw placards on walls explaining that the Kaiser was not responsible for the war, which was forced on Germany. It is understood that the placards were intended to prevent a revolution which the Kai3er fears.

AMSTERDAM, June 10. The Wolff Bureau states that Dr Liebknecht has been charged with treason and that the military authorities will shortly pass sentence.
