COURT MARTIAL.
[Per Press Association-.] AUCKLAND, February 22. A trial by cduvt-martial of a Maori charged with desertion from the forces while under orders to embark for active, service took place to-d'ay. _ Accused was a member of the 3rd Native Reinforcements. He was found guilty. Sentence, was deferred.
