' SPECIAL MEETING. An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative Association, Ltd.. was held on Saturday morning, Mr J. A. Pannctt. chairman of directors, presiding. The meeting was convened to confirm the special resolutions proposed at the extraordinary general meeting held on January 29 witli 10fwence to the extension of the objects of the organisation of the association and tho revision of some ol tne articles. , . , t t i._ After referring to the object of tne meeting, the chairman moved the confirmation of the resolution with refeience to the extension of the objects as stated in the revised memorandumi or association, and that the P'« Court should be asked to connim tne alteration. , , ~,„ nio „ Mr H.
