SCHOOL COMMITTEES.

SPREYDON'. At the monthly meeting of the Spiaydon School Committee, the following members were present:—Messrs Fenner (chairman), Thomas, Routlev, Hole, Bloor, Habberfield, Williamson, Wills and Ell. The head master's report stated the roll number to be 225 for the first week after the holidays, and that 18 new scholars were attending echoed. Messrs Ell and Fenner were appoint«d ; a visiting committee for February. After discussion it was decided to hold the school picnic on March 4, at Sumner.
