♦ WHARF WORKERS AND FLOUR. UNION CONDEMNED BY JUDGE HIGGINS. 3y Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. MELBOURNE, February 19. Air Justice Higgins severely castigated the wharf workers for refusing to load flour, and said he would decline to continue the protection of the, Arbitration Court to a union which was trying to make a public law by breaking contracts. The summons against the union was withdrawn on the union undertaking to see the award carried out.
