COUNTY COUNCILS. COUNCIL TO AMEND PART VIII. O* THE WAIMAIRI COUNTY BY-LAW. No. 2. . IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in the Council by The Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Health. Act, 1908, and of all and each and every other power and authority thereunto enabling it, the Waimairi County Council, actm? on behalf of the Chairman, Councillors and Inhabitants of the County of Waimnin, ■makes and ordains this By-law. Short Title. 1. The short title of this By-law shall be " The Waimairi County Bv-law No. 6. 1914." . Amendment. 2. Part VIII. of "The \Vaimairi Countv Bv-law No. 2 ' is hereby amended by adding the following clauses thereto: DEPOSIT OF NIGHTSOIL. 131 a. No person shall cause, permit or suffer any nightsoil to be brought upon any land of which ho is the owner or occupier and deposited thereon unless he shall first have obtained the permission in writing ° f the Council for such deposit to be made. 131«. No person by himself personally or by his servant or servants shall cart or in aiiy manner bring upon private land any nightsoil unless the owner or occupier of the said private land shall first have obtained permission in writing of the Council for such deposit to be made.
