RAILWAY EMPLOYEES.
INCREASE IN WAGES DEMANDED.
Inquiries made at the district ■, office yesterday show that the demand "by railway servants for an : increase in wages is general throughout New Zealand. There are m the various districts in the Dominion executives, representing their respective societies of employees. These societies will pass a motion demanding an increase of : wages, and this motion will then go before the main executive at Wellington for consideration.
