METHODIST CIRCUITS.
TAI TAPU. At the quarterly meeting of officials of the Tai Tapu Methodist circuit held at Greenpark, the Rev H. Robinson presided over a good attendance. A review of the year's work showed that the different, branches of the church's organisation were in an encouraging condition. Successful Sunday school anniversary services had been conducted at Tai Tapu and at Greenpark. The circuit finances were satisfactory, and, in addition. £44 had been raised for home and foreign missions. The reports were adoptecf. Messrs T. O. Morgan and J. F. Watson were re-elected circuit stewards. It was reported that united intercession services were being held periodically in conjunction with the local Presbyterian Church, the Revs S. E. Hill and H. Ra,nston officiating to large attendances at all services. ft was stated that arrangements were in hand to hold a sale of work in March to liquidate the expense incurred in installing electric lighting in the parsonage, church and school, and also to renovate these properties. Mr T. 0. Morgan was appointed circuit representative to the conference at Auckland'.
