HAWARDEN.
The Havarden market yesterday whs ogam a very smali one, only about 200 shoep and a few head, of cattle being yarded. Shorn fat ewes made 16s lid to 17s, wethers to 19s, and storo two-tooth ewes and wethers 14s. Dairy cows sold to £8 9s lOd. In view of tho opening of the freezing works on the 17th inst, the next sale will be held on December 16.
JOHNSONVILLE. [Pbb, Pbkss Association.] WELLINGTON, December 2. At the Johnsonville fat stock sale good entries of shoep and cattle sold at late rates. Prime bullocks £ls 7s 6d to £ls 10s, lighter bullocks £l4 los to £l4 17s 6d, vealers 29s to 255, heavy vealers £2 14s to £3; prime heavy wethers 25s 6d to 26s Id, prime, ewes C2s Gil, light ewes 29s lid to 21s 6d, extra prime lambs 17s lOd to 17s 3d, lighter 13s to 15s 6d.
CANTERBURY FROZEN MEAT COM PAN IT.
The report of the Canterbury Frozen Meat and Dairy Produce Export Company foT the year ended November 30 is as follows: The net profit for the year is £53,044 7s 2d, which, with the amount brought forward from last, year, makes the amount at credit of profit and loss account £55,134 9s sd. Out of this, substantial additions have beon made to tho various reserve funds, and after such apportionments, and deducting the dividend paid at the half-year, there remains a sum of £13,629 13s sd, whioh the directors propose should bo dealt with as follows: £ s. 4. To payment of a further dividend of 3 per cent on the preference, and' 4 per cent on tho ordinary shares, making a total dividend for the year . of 6 and 8 per cent respectively 7,314 4 11 To carry forward . . . 6,213 8 6

The quantity of stock dealt with at the company's works amounted to 1,125,971, being an increase of 53,042 head. The directors to retire by rotation are Messrs J. C. N. Grigg and James Gough, and thev, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election. Air \V. H. E. Wanklyn, the auditor, also offers himself for re-election.
