UNION ROWING CLUB. The Union Rowing Club rowed its Presidents Cup this week, the final heat being contested last evening. Tho following are lha results: -H. Dyer, E. Moyer, A. E. Hurlaud and F. Booth (str.) beat M. Mitchell, P. Hill, G. Watson and A. Osborne (str); J. Williams, I). Mahon, ,1. Davis, A. B. Empson (str.) beat C. R. Smith, M. S. Gentles, J. Mil roll and E. Velvin (fir.); ri. Scapens, J>. Hill. ll.' Liivton, A. S. Drayton (sir.) were dcfeated in- Empsou's crew. In the finnl between Booth and Eurpson, Booth’s crew forged ahead and won by two .engths. Tbe following crow wi.d row t.ho Boys High School crew a test race ou Saturday- afternoon n ;jo-—A. E. Harlnnd (how), 11. Meyer (si), B. Hill (3), J- Williams (str.). 'Lhc race will be rowed over the usual mi.e course.
