The Government Statistician anticipates a record wheat yield of twentyseven and a quarter million bushels, of which over twenty-two million bushels will bo available for export. WHEAT SCHEME FINANCE. (Received December 1, 10.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, Decentber 1. The Hon W. H. Hughes has announced that the associated banks, in conjunction with the Commonwealth Bank, are prepared to finance the wheat harvest scheme on the basis of five per cent interest.
