HON E. C. J. STEVENS'S WILL
LIST OF BEQUESTS.
Probate has been granted of the will of the late Hon E. C. J. Stevens.
The trustees and executors are Henry Allison, accountant, and Walter George Cotterill, accountant, and to these trustees all shares held by tho testator in tilt firm of Harman and Stevens.. Ltd., are bequeathed in trust. All real and leasehold estates arc left with the trustees, in trust, to sell in whole or in part in parcels by public auction or private contract, and to convert and get in.his persona] estate, but full discretion is given to lease or let any lands. During her lifetime Mrs Stevens is given the free occupation, free of all charges, of the residential property known as Englsfisld". which cannot be Mild during her lifetime without her written consent. A sum of £.jCO is bequeathed for immediate requirements. The bequests are as follows: To Mrs Stevens, an annuity of such a sum as, when added to the anni-al income accruing to her under the marriage settlement, will amount to a clear annual income of £2OCO. To the testator's nephew, Charles Stevens, a. clear annuity of £2OO during the lifetime of Mrs Stevens To his sister, Francis Mildred Kidgell, a clear annuity of £SOO. I To his cousin, Emily Anne D'Oyly, a i clear annuity . of £COO during Mrs j Stevens's lifetime. _ , I ' To his cousin, Loc'anne Robma ! D'Oyly, a annuity of £2OO. To 'Charlotte IVOyrv. widow of hie late cousin. William Charles D Oyly, a ; annuity of £IOO. . To his cousin. Robert Edward D'Ovly, and wife and children, tho'sum of £SOO annually. Subject to the trusts before-mention-ed, tho trustees are directed from and after the death of Mrs. Stevens to stand possessed' of the residuary trust pj-emfep:; noon the following trusts: — £20.000 to Charles Stevens (nephew) absolutely. £2OOO to Marianne Fleming (wife of Arthur Richard Fleming), of Port Levy, or to her husband and children. JEoCOO to bo prvid to tho trustees of the settlement executed on the marringe cf Mary Louisa Moore (stepdaughter) w'tli Walter Joseph Moore, to be held on the terms of the settlement. £SOOO to trustees for the benefit of Charles Henry Whitconibe (stepson) and wife and children. £SOOO to the trustees of the settlement executed on the marriage of Eric Whitcomb'e (stepson). Subject-to all the trusts one half of the remaining residual? trust premises, niter the death of Mrs Stevens. i-s to be held on trust for an annuity of £SCO to Robert Edward D'Oyly (cousin), and the other half upon trust for Emily Ann© D'Oyly (cousin) or her ch'ldren.
