THEATRE ROYAL. Bright faces crowded the Theatre Royal in all parts, from top to bottom, on Saturday afternoon, when Cinderella and her acquaintances gave a special entertainment for the children. The incidents in the pautominio were followed with absorbing interest, and applause and laughter burst forth at frequent intervals to testify to the thorough enjoyment of the piece. The pantomime also attracted a big audience in the evening, when the success of former performances was repeated, and the Christchurch season was concluded. GUAM) THEATRE. One of the principal attractions at the Grand Theatre to-day will be the final instalment of the serial, "'Tho Trey o' Hearts/' Interest lms been increasing a,s each week's issue lias unfolded itself, and the climax will be screened to-day. A good supporting programme will bo shown, which will include another •'star" film, "Third Hand High," on Essanay drama in two acts. The story lias been adapted from the " Smart. Set Magasiine," and features such well-known artists as E. H. Calvert, Bryant Washburn a"rt Ruth Stonehouse. The production is said to be a very fine one, and in many ways above tho ordinary. Other pictures will include tho " Warwick Chronicle," "Val'ey of Flnma" (scenic), "What a Bounder" (comedy) and "What tho " (comedy). QUEEN'S THEATRE. "The Arrival of the Willochra at Wellington," giving somo close views of the troopship and of the returned invalided soldiers, was shown at the Queen's Theatre on Saturday, and will I>3 screened also to-day and to-morrow. : The new set of pictures to be shown to-day has for its principal attraction j "The Leopard's Foundling," a tworeel Se'ig drama, which is supported by " The Moonshine Maid and the Man " (drama), "From Patches to Plenty' and " Mnloola from Palomia" (comedies) and the latest "Topical Budget." EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. Tosti's " Good-bye." the world-fa-mous song, iias been adapted to the screen by the Vitagraph Company. Tho film is called "Good-bye, Summer," and is said to be a very artistic production, though somewhat sad. It is the "star' 5 item of tho programme to Ixi screened to-day at Everybody's Theatre. Special orchestral scecnons from Tosti's songs will be played by the orchestra, and at all evening sessions Tosti's " Good-byo'"' will be sung by Mrj Cothor. Other pictures on the programme include: — '■'Clothes Count," "The Handicap oi Beauty" and " Lore in Armour" (comedies). " A Thief in the Night"' (drama) and the " Gaumont War j Graphic."

GLOBE THEATRE. To-day a new series of pictures will be screened at the Globe Theatre. The principal subject is n Kim entitled '■ Dan, the Blacksmith," described us a powerful and enthralling drama, which is said to be well staged and well acted. The other pictures on ths programme are: -"Bui Safes iho Day'' (comedy), "The Australian Gazette," "Love and Water" (comedy; and "The Kiss" (drama).

HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE. A drama entitled " Where is My Wandering Boy To-night?" with roca.l accompaniment, will he screened this, week a't His Majesty's Theatre. This photo-play is based upon the one-time popular Fnglish song of the same title. It. is; described as a drama of emotion, romance, love :•::<.{ adventure.
